1. About CogsHelper

CogsHelper is operated by 1134 Digital LLC. We provide inventory management software for independent record shops and vinyl collectors. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.

2. Your Account

You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@cogshelper.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. Use of the Service

You may use CogsHelper for lawful purposes only. You may not use the service to violate any applicable laws or regulations, infringe on any third party's rights, or interfere with the service's proper operation. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

CogsHelper offers paid subscription plans. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not issue prorated refunds for partial subscription periods.

5. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you upload to CogsHelper, including inventory listings, images, and pricing information. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store and process that data to provide the service. We do not sell your data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Data Export and Deletion

You may request a full export of your data or deletion of your account at any time through Settings → GDPR. We will fulfill verified requests within 30 days.

7. Third-Party Integrations

CogsHelper integrates with third-party services including Discogs, WooCommerce, Resend, Twilio, and Cloudflare. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for those services.

8. SMS Messaging

Shops may use CogsHelper to send SMS messages to their customers who have explicitly opted in to receive them. Operators of shops are responsible for complying with all applicable telecommunications regulations (including TCPA and CAN-SPAM) regarding the messages they send. See our SMS Opt-In page for details on how customer consent and opt-out are handled.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 1134 Digital LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of CogsHelper. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by a notice within the app. Your continued use of CogsHelper after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
